Mike joined Tricon in 1992 and became Managing Director in 2006. In his 27 years experience in foodservice design, Mike has undertaken projects throughout Europe and the Middle East. He now provides strategic overview and creative input to design projects ranging from corporate environments, sports & stadia to international hotels.
Outside his consulting activities, Mike has spoken at industry conferences in the fields of foodservice design and sustainability. Prior to joining Tricon, Mike worked for two of the world’s largest catering contractors.
