Eddie re-located from London and has been at our Dubai office since it launched in 2005. He has since been involved in leading foodservice projects across the Middle East and North Africa.

Eddie has over 16 years experience in food & beverage design having worked for a number of design consultancies. He specialises in hospital food production systems and kitchen designs for the hotel and leisure sectors. Eddie is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International.
