Bob’s career has spanned more than 36 years designing leading foodservice operations in hotels and award winning restaurants. Bob was also a pioneer in the field of designing fast food outlets in the UK.
Bob leads many of our large scale design projects with an emphasis on listening to and understanding client challenges and expectations whilst inspiring his team’s performance. His passion is in nurturing and training young talent in the industry.
