    Tricon were appointed to develop a foodservice strategy and design for this secure campus site supporting 5,000 personnel. Tricon's services included full detailed design and assistance in procuring a suitable catering operator. Facilities on site included 6 restaurant outlets, significant conference and function catering and an auditorium suite.

    NATO HQ - Brussels, Belgium

    Tricon's involvement in the new NATO HQ takes international collaboration to a higher level. With 24 partner countries & 12 associations based in this new building, Tricon established a foodservice strategy & subsequently detailed designs for the 5500 personnel to be located in the building. The facilities include six restaurant outlets, for the staff & extensive private dining & hospital suites.

    This iconic building designed by Hopkins Architects is home to 213 members of Parliament. The building contains offices, committee rooms & conference suites, & on the ground floor has a table service restaurant; The Adjournment, a staff cafe; The Debute & a coffee shop; The Despatch Box. Tricon were responsible for all of the scheme & detailed design development of the kitchens & servery areas.

The initial stages of the project required Tricon to reshape the service levels to be fit for purpose to meet the needs of the business in the future. This work needed to consider the impact of the gentrification of the St Pancras area in terms of its influence on the business.
