  • Zayed National Museum - Abu Dhabi, UAE

    The iconic building has been designed by Foster + Partners. Tricon was brought into the project initially through the British Museum, which has been acting as special adviser on international museums; our role has been its specialist on foodservice and to inform the direction of the design of relevant areas. We worked directly with Foster + Partners as design specialist for all food and beverage

  • Tate Modern - London, UK

    Tate Modern -

    We assisted the gallery in reviewing the market opportunity for catering services, developing a catering strategy and sourcing a suitable operator. This was carried out following a long term relationship with Tate having previously been involved in the redevelopment of Tate Britain and the complete strategic development & design of catering facilities within Tate Modern.

  • Somerset House - London, UK

    Somerset House -

    Tricon prepared and developed the foodservice strategy for the new development. Our findings concluded that the Gilbert Collection alone would not attract enough footfall to sustain a situation cafe. Our report recommended a destination restaurant that would support a cafe and from which, the Admiralty was born. In addition to the original brief, we designed the support kitchen for the new cafe.

    The British Museum -

    Home to 13 million artefacts and the famous glass roof, the British Museum receives over 6 million visitors every year. Tricon was appointed to prepare a business plan which was used to quantify the additional revenue that could be generated from the catering operations. We subsequently undertook a full operational and strategic review of all foodservice operations within the Museum.

  • The Wallace Collection - London, UK

    The Wallace Collection -

    The collection comprises of 25 galleries and is best known for its eighteenth-century French paintings. Tricon advised on the original development of foodservice within Hertford House, conducting the feasibility study. We followed through with kitchen design and tendering the catering contract.
