Large Legal Practice In London
Tricon developed the foodservice strategy and full design for the refurbishment of the catering facilities of a leading Legal Practice's main London office which opened this year. With a site population of 3,100 the project encompassed a cutting edge design comprising individual servery areas including Mediterranean, with a wood burning feature oven and all the back of house support areas.
