This impressive 248 room hotel overlooks stunning views of the Black Sea and is designed to attract both business and tourist clientele. Working closely with the hotels owners and developer and in conjunction with Hilton's food & beverage team, Tricon were responsible for developing the operational concepts to inform the interior design process.
Gabala FC - Gabala, Azerbaijan
Tricon was employed to design facilities for the new stadium, incorporating a hotel an da new training academy. We were employed to develop the catering strategy, including schematic design of all the facilities. Following this, we developed the detailed design and prepared drawings and specifications for inclusion within the tender package documents.
Mtatsminda Pantheon - Tblisi, Georgia
Built in the 1930's, overlooking Tbilisi lies the Mtatsminda Building. Tricon was involved in the building's redevelopment advising on the provision of cafe's, bars, conference & banqueting facilities across 10,000 square metres across 3 floors. Tricon has guided the project from foodservice strategy through scheme & detailed design of foodservice areas.
Abu Dhabi Plaza Hotel - Astana, Kazakhstan
Funded by the Abu Dhabi government, the Plaza is a 370,000m2 office, residential, hotel & retail complex. Tricon were appointed to develop the schematic & detailed designs together with the operational policies for both the 190-bed hotel & the two-storey food court in the adjoining shopping mall. The hotel has a main preparation kitchen, laundry, 2 restaurants, bars & a large banqueting suite.
Ritz Carlton - Petersburg, Russia
This landmark building located at One Field of Mars is currently being converted to a 130 key hotel. Tricon are appointed to deliver a coordinated detail design package for all food, beverage and laundry back of house areas on site.
