This new 5 star 120 key hotel is located on the boundaries of the impressive Al Maaden leisure development. Set with a backdrop of the Majestic Atlas mountains, the hotel will boast an 18 hole golf course. Tricon were responsible for delivering a fully coordinated kitchen and laundry design package for the numerous food & beverage outlets on site.

This 350 key five star airport hotel is currently being developed. Tricon have been responsible for the food & beverage concept development, scheme and detailed design, laundry & waste management. The hotel has three restaurants including an African Grill and three bars.

This 220 key 5 star property is being developed in the heart of the city & sits adjacent to the coastline. The property, designed by G1 Architecture is being developed with the department for tourism & leisure. Tricon were appointed to deliver detailed designs for the kitchen & laundry, & French asiatic themed restaurant & sports bar together with extensive banqueting & conferencing facilities.

The revolving restaurant and cocktail bar is one of the most famous dining venues in Cairo. Tricon were appointed to work alongside the interior designers to develop concepts for a new show kitchen as part of a major redevelopment of the hotels signature restaurant.

This 200 key 5 star business & tourism hotel designed by G1 Architecture is located on the coastline of Cotonou. Tricon were appointed to deliver detailed designs for the kitchen & laundry, & French asiatic themed restaurant & sports bar together with extensive banqueting & conferencing facilities.

This 338 key five star property is situated North of Mombasa Town in Kenya. Set in 23 acres of landscaped gardens the hotel has two restaurants, a bistro cafe and seafood grill. Tricon were appointed to carry out a full redesign of the hotels existing kitchens. We subsequently carried out similar services at two further properties in Mombasa and Nairobi.

Tricon was commissioned to provide strategic advice on foodservice across 11 universities being developed in Libya. The majority of campuses were new build locations, in a variety of environments. The advice encompassed: the optimum provision recognising cultural and social factors, conferencing, production and support facilities, logistics, sizing, MEP infrastructure and style of offer.

Located in the heart of the City and sitting next to the Nile this five star property was in need of some refurbishment. Working in conjunction with renowned interior designers Tony Chiu and Associates Tricon completed designs for a new show kitchen and specialist Forno Grill restaurant.

Tricon was appointed to prepare the kitchen and laundry designs and a waste management strategy for a new, 150 suite purpose-built private hospital in Morocco. The facility is to provid a range of key medical services to the private health sector and includes a wide variety of patient, staff and visitor catering. The Centre is presently under construction and due to open in the autumn of 2012.
