On a hill, overlooking the mountainous city of Tbilisi lies the Mtatsminda building. It was built in the late 1930s and was Stalin's chosen place for a new leisure site. Tricon was involved in the building's redevelopment advising on the provision of cafés, bars, conference and banqueting facilities across 10,000 square metres across 3 floors. The successful blend of Georgian culture and Westernised service will help reinvent the iconic building as a major European tourist attraction
