The premier waterside development in Silvertown Quays – part of London’s Thames Gateway major regeneration initiative included Biota, the fantastic 14,500 sq metre aquarium. Tricon defined the foodservice requirement and design detail prior to the planning process. Our recommendations were to maximize the use of the building space and compliment the customer experience. Visitor catering includes two restaurants and a further “pit stop” half way through their journey. The restaurant space can transform into a unique events venue to meet changing requirements.
