Harrods has always prided itself on a reputation for excellence and catering shouldn’t be any different. Tricon has worked with the client for 10 years, initially performing a catering review of the food halls, catering outlets, cafes and restaurants and subsequently the employee catering. The reviews demonstrated that the operation had grown dramatically and needed to be re-organized to run more efficiently and adhere to health and safety regulations. More recently we have been involved in the refurbishment of the food storage areas and the design of a new central production kitchen. A dedication to producing fresh produce on site has been key to the prestigious retailer’s ongoing success.
