Priding itself in excellent service, with the highest number of professors than any other UK University, Tricon was appointed to develop KPIs & SLAs to monitor and measure catering service standards, and to refurbish the refectory. Tricon re-designed the facilities to become a more cost effective and modern social space and later advised on potential operators. Tricon is proud of its on-going relationship with The UCL having worked with the College for the past five years.
