The London Clinic is one of the UK’s leading independent hospitals, internationally renowned for its medical and surgical expertise. In 2009 they are due to open their new state-of-the-art cancer centre.

Tricon performed an audit review of existing patient and visitor catering operations. Liaising with key stakeholders from dieticians to clinical staff, we made recommendations on suitable catering methodology and technological requirements to meet the Clinic’s expanding needs. This was followed by concept and detailed designs of all areas affected by the new meal service proposals.
