The LSE is one of the largest colleges within the University of London. It also has a higher percentage of mature students than average campuses. Tricon developed a foodservice strategy to support the University’s expansion plans, providing policies for their growing and diverse range of students. Consideration was also given as to how some of the facilities could be opened up to an external clientele who reflected the mature and sophisticated profile of a typical LSE student.
